Our service will very soon allow you to send email updates and alerts to people without access to the platform directly. This could be in a case where the CEO of your company might not be interested in having a login to the platform, but would still receive an overview of catches every morning, or get urgent alerts on SMS if you have a very important mention.

No, not directly, but you can export data as a .csv or get API access, and use the data however you like. (Requires Premium or Professional account tier).

We have four different tiers in our platform: Free, Starter, Premium and Professional. The free tier allows you to get going with searches in just a few minutes. We will not ask you for your credit card information when you sign up as a free user.

Whenever we catch something for the first time, we will send you an email.

Our context varies based on the type of catch

• Text Recognition on web
• When we detect something through a text-based media, the context will be 10 words around the catch.
• Text Recognition on TV
• If we catch your search-term as text on TV, for example a "breaking news" banner in the bottom of a news channel, we will provide the "on-screen" text as context.
• Audio
• When we catch your search-term through an audio-based channel such as live-radio or a podcast or even the sound on TV, we will provide the nearest 10 words around your search-term as context.
• Face Recognition
• When we detect a face, we will use the corresponding audio as a context
• Logo Detection
• We do not provide context for logo detection

Our sentiment works differently for different technologies.

For facial recognition we have more opportunity to analyse facial expressions, and therefore we can provide a more detailed sentiment.

Our face-sentiment will be one of the following:

• Afraid
• Angry
• Disgusted
• Happy
• Neutral
• Sad
• Surprised

Whereas our text-analysis is a little more simple

• Negative
• Neutral
• Positive

If we aren't confident enough to provide one of the above sentiments, we will not provide any.

Very easily - our platform allows the administrator to add new users or e-mail recipients, depending on their specific need.

We monitor 24/7/365, and results are updated in real time. The latest catches will show up in your live-feed.

We group catches on a program level, so if you are mentioned several times within the same program, your catch will also be updated in real-time.

On the main dashboard, you will have your latest catches. We also have a running banner in the bottom of the platform showing the ten latest catches.

All these are continuously updated.

Through the left menu you can access the live-feed, showcasing the latest catches. This will always be updated.

Your "Settings" page is your base - it folds out and allows you to change many settings across different categories.

If you want to invite other people to your account, use the "Account" page - If you want to add or change your search-terms, use the "Searches" page. If you want to organise your search-terms into groups, use the "Groups" page.
